You can choose from the payment methods below.
◆ Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and AmericanExpress.
*Please note that VISA, MasterCard and JCB brand debit cards are handled differently from credit cards which are charged on a monthly basis. Please check the card terms of use.
*VISA, Master, and JCB debit cards may be charged immediately upon application. If an order is canceled or returned, the payment will be debited. For details on refunds, please contact your card issuer.

◆ Convenience store payment
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your convenience store payment acceptance number.
Please make payment within 3 days of ordering.
Once payment is completed, we will prepare your order for shipping.
If you have not yet made payment, you can cancel your order.
Convenience stores: Family Mart, Lawson, Mini Stop, 7-Eleven
*If payment is not confirmed within 3 days, your order will be canceled.
*A "Payment acceptance completion" email will be automatically sent from "cococase@interior.support".
Please also check your reception settings.
If you are unable to receive the email properly, please contact our shop.
◆ GMO Postpaid Payment (GMO Epsilon)
Payment is due within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Please note that if we are unable to confirm payment of the product price, GMO Payment Service Inc. may contact you by phone, letter, email, etc. to request payment.
If the transfer deadline has passed
If you have an expired payment slip, you can still use it. Please pay for the item as soon as possible at your nearest post office or convenience store where you can make payments.
If you do not have your payment slip, we will reissue it for you. Please confirm your order details such as the order date and product (and your order number if you know it) and let us know that you would like the payment slip reissued.

◆ Carrier billing
dPayment / docomo
- The charge will be added to your mobile phone bill for the month (or the following month) in which you place your order, and you will be billed the month after (or the month after) in which you place your order.
For customers using d points
If you use d points with d Pay, the amount shown in the order confirmation email we send you will remain the amount before the points were used.
The actual bill from Docomo will be the amount minus the points used. For details, please check the [dPayment] confirmation email sent by Docomo or the usage details on the Docomo website.

au Easy Payment / au•UQ
- The charge will be added to your mobile phone bill for the month (or the following month) in which you place your order, and you will be billed the month after (or the month after) in which you place your order.
・For every 100 yen (excluding tax) you spend, you will receive 1 au point that can be used for various au services.
For customers using au Points
If you use au Points with au Easy Payment, the amount shown in the order confirmation email we send you will remain the amount before the points were used.

・This service cannot be used with mixi ID.
・Cannot be used to order pre-order items.
・PayPay can be used in conjunction with credit card payments. It cannot be used in conjunction with other payment methods.
・When placing an order, you may be asked to verify your identity via SMS (Short Message Service).
・You cannot change the payment method after placing your order.
◆ Amazon Pay
Amazon Pay is a simple and convenient payment service that uses your Amazon account. Customers do not need a new dedicated account or app to use Amazon Pay, and can pay easily and safely on e-commerce sites other than Amazon.co.jp, just like when shopping on Amazon.
◆ Pay Later (Payday)
Paidy Next Month Payment is a service that allows you to defer payments for online shopping, etc.
Operated by Paidy Co., Ltd.
When paying with Paidy next month payment, select Paidy next month payment on the online shopping payment screen.
Paidy next month billing charges will be paid in full by the 10th of the following month.
Payment can be made at a convenience store, by bank transfer, or direct debit.

◆ Cash on delivery (cash only)
Cash on delivery is a payment method in which you pay the product price directly in cash to the delivery company when the product is delivered.
● The estimated shipping date differs only for cash on delivery.
・Orders are due by 4:00 p.m. every Friday, and items will be shipped every Friday (shipped once a week).
Example: Order placed at 17:11 on Monday. Shipped on Friday evening of the same week.
Example: Order placed at 16:37 on Friday. Shipped the following Friday evening.
*We have noticed many cases where the street number is missing from addresses.
Please double check that your address is correct.
*You cannot select "Pick up in store or at a locker."
*Gift wrapping service is not available.
*When collecting payment, we cannot accept payment by credit card or gift certificate.
